Motorized Screen Installation Across The Woodlands & North Houston

The Woodlands is the market this company is built around. We work outward from there across Montgomery County and into Harris County and North Houston.

Primary market

The Woodlands, Texas

The Woodlands is a master-planned community built under a pine canopy, and outdoor living is designed into the housing stock rather than added later. Covered patios, outdoor kitchens, pool surrounds and pergolas are common, which means the work here can be less about building something new and more about making a space that already exists usable again.

It is also where the local conditions bite hardest: heat that lasts well past the calendar summer, a mosquito season Montgomery County Mosquito Control describes as running May through October, backyards close enough together that privacy matters, and a residential design-review process that looks at exterior changes. All of that is covered in depth on the dedicated page for The Woodlands, linked below, and the review process has its own design review guide.

What Sable installs

The Same Work, Wherever the Project Is

Motorized screen design, specification, installation and programming. The service does not change by city — the specification does.

Why geography changes the answer

How Location and Solution Type Fit Together

The climate is broadly the same across this footprint, but the properties are not, and that changes what gets specified.

A wooded lot in The Woodlands may be solving for insects and dappled glare through the trees. A waterfront property on Lake Conroe is solving for wind coming off open water. A newer subdivision in Cypress on open prairie is solving for direct exposure and privacy at once. An established patio in Spring is often solving for whether the thirty-year-old header can carry a screen at all.

That is why the consultation starts with the property rather than a package. The solutions hub covers the fabric decisions and the applications hub covers the spaces.

Design-review and HOA requirements vary by community and by property, and much of this region runs on deed restrictions rather than zoning. Texas Property Code § 209.00505 requires associations of more than 40 lots to give written reasons for denying an improvement application and to offer a hearing on request. Where a review process applies we help you understand what it asks for. We are not the approving body, and we will not tell you a product is automatically compliant.

Questions

Questions About Service Areas

Where is Sable Outdoor Living based?

We work out of The Woodlands and serve Montgomery County and North Houston. Consultations happen at your property rather than at a showroom.

Do you charge more for projects further out?

Distance can affect scheduling more than price. If a project sits at the edge of the footprint we will say so before you spend time on it.

My city is not listed. Can you still help?

Ask. The list is our stated footprint, not a fence, and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people for the project.

Do requirements differ between communities?

Yes, substantially. Deed restrictions and architectural review rules vary by community and often by lot, and exterior changes are exactly what those processes look at. We raise it at the first conversation rather than at the end.

Which page should I read for my area?

Use the area pages above. If your mailing address says one thing and you suspect you are somewhere else — which happens a lot around Spring and The Woodlands — it makes no difference to us. Both are core service area.
